State Senator Rich Alloway: In his first term, Rich led the successful fight to change state government for the better. Rich voted to strengthen Right-to-Know laws opening up government to our citizens and voted to adopt a strict code of ethical conduct.
· Rich Alloway helped pass a state budget that cut $1 billion in spending and closed a huge budget deficit – without a tax increase.
